These terms govern your use of aizance.in (the "Site") and any purchase you make from L'AIZANCE. By using the Site you agree to these terms.

The seller

L'AIZANCE, an independent menswear house based in Pondicherry, India. Contact: contact@aizance.in.

Products

We make every effort to display colours, weaves and finishes accurately. Natural fibres vary slightly from one piece to another. these variations are part of the cloth and not defects. Stock is limited and pieces may sell out without notice.

Orders, payment and checkout

Orders are processed through Shopify. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout, inclusive of any applicable taxes where indicated. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.

Shipping

Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by their country.

Returns

Unworn pieces in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective. To start a return, email contact@aizance.in.

Intellectual property

All text, images, designs and trademarks on the Site are the property of L'AIZANCE or used with permission. You may not reproduce them without prior written consent.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, L'AIZANCE's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the item concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Pondicherry, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
