Data we collect

• Order data: name, shipping address, email, phone, items ordered. Collected through Shopify when you place an order.
• Newsletter data: email address you submit voluntarily.
• Contact form data: name, email and message you send us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via standard server logs and analytics).

How we use your data

• To process and ship your orders (via Shopify).
• To reply to enquiries you send through the contact form.
• To send the AIZANCE Circle letter, if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve the site and detect abuse.

Who we share data with

We share the minimum data needed with:

• Shopify — checkout, payment processing, order fulfilment.
• Shipping carriers — delivery of your order.
• Email and hosting providers — to send the newsletter and serve the site.

We never sell your data.

Retention

Order data is kept for the legal accounting period. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept up to 24 months.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, India DPDP Act and similar) you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email contact@aizance.in.
